By using our services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Scope of Services
1.1 The Company offers various cleaning services as listed on our website.
1.2 The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the premises to be cleaned, including
any potential hazards.
2. Pricing and Payments
2.1 The pricing for our services is subject to change without notice.
2.2 Payment is due at the time of service. The Customer agrees to pay the amount specified for the services rendered.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 The Customer may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment by providing at least 48 hours notice.
3.2 Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 The Customer is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our cleaning staff.
4.2 The Customer agrees to inform the Company of any safety or health risks present at the premises.
5. Liability and Damages
5.1 The Company will exercise reasonable care in providing cleaning services.
5.2 The Company is not liable for damages resulting from improper maintenance, wear and tear, or pre-existing
conditions of the premises.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
6.1 The Company respects the privacy of its Customers and will not disclose confidential information to third parties
without consent.
6.2 Customer data and information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Complaints and Disputes
7.2 The Company will investigate and address complaints in a timely manner.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, USA.
8.2 Any legal action arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court
located within the state of Georgia.
