Deep Cleaning Service is ideal for homes that have not been cleaned professionally for an extended period or have gone months without a deep cleaning. Our Deep Cleaning goes beyond our Regular Cleaning, encompassing detailed interior window and sill cleaning, blinds detailing, and thorough cleaning of baseboards.


Our Move In/Out Cleaning Service This comprehensive cleaning service is crafted to ready a home for new occupants. It involves an in-depth, full-scale cleaning regimen encompassing glass and mirror deep cleaning, surface spot removal, meticulous attention to baseboards, interior window cleaning, window sill care, detailed blinds cleaning, thorough cleansing of appliances and cabinets interiors, deodorization, and a rigorous sanitation of showers and toilets utilizing high-grade cleaning solutions.

We recommend the first cleaning to be a Deep Cleaning. The service may last around 6 to 9 hours, depending on the size of the space. Our team will consist of 2 to 3 team members.
Subsequent cleanings could be a Regular Cleaning, which may vary from 2,5 to 3,5 hours, with a minimum of 2 team members.

These approximations are based on our extensive experience but can be adjusted to fit each space's individual circumstances. However, please note that the actual duration may differ from

Upon reaching your home, our team arrives fully prepared with all essential cleaning equipment. The first session generally involves more time as we acquaint ourselves with the new environment. Subsequent appointments tend to be more streamlined. For optimal efficiency, it's helpful to do some basic tidying beforehand. This ensures our cleaners can concentrate on addressing dirt and dust rather than organizing belongings. It's recommended to keep shower areas, bathtubs, and kitchen countertops clear. If you have any delicate or highly valuable items, kindly notify us in advance.
Your payment is processed upon completion of the service. On your initial engagement with our company, you can set your regular schedule, and your cleaning dates will be pre-scheduled. If you need to change your cleaning date, please contact us at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled date. Otherwise, a rescheduling fee may apply.

In the event of breakage or damage, our team is trained to promptly photograph and report the incident without assigning blame. While our staff is meticulous and respectful in every space they service, occasional accidents may occur. Upon reporting to our office, we'll reach out to you for a prompt and equitable resolution

Your presence is not obligatory during the professional house cleaning service provided by our team. In truth, most of our clients are not on-site during the cleaning process. You have the
option to leave a spare key or offer a garage or door code for our access.

We recognize that your pets are valued members of your family, not just animals. That's why we take additional steps to ensure their comfort and safety while we're on-site. Our team adores pets as much as you do and will extend the same affectionate and attentive care to them as if they were our own.

Should you find our service unsatisfactory for any reason, simply inform us, and within 48 hours, we'll return to re-clean any areas that fell short of your expectations. If, even after our revisit, we are unable to meet your standards, we will gladly provide you with a full refund.
We understand it may be necessary to reschedule on occasion. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Moonlight Cleaning Services requires notice of two business days. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your home, it will be necessary to charge you up to the full price of your cleaning.
